Contact and project

1. Contact on discord, through pm on my server or via the tickets system

2. Idea if you have one, inspirations, lore and references

3. Discussion about theme, colors, style, placement, effects, variants...
^{> That's why I prefere discord, you can add reference until we lock the project}
4. Choice between Exclusive or Public Release
^{> Then the price can be estimated, If you're not sure yet, the quoted price will only be an estimate until this choice is made}
5. This is the moment where I accept or not
^{> Depending on your request and whether we agree on the quoted price or estimate}
6. Validation

Creations and Previews

1. Work begins and multiple previews will be shared
^{> I send freely to show the general work progress}
2. Progress updates if you prefer instead of arbitrary previews
^{> I send preview only when a part is done... eyes, lips, frekles...}
3. Feel free to give a feedback or/and revisions you want at any moment
^{> 5 revisions included, above that it is count as extra, details in commissions section}
4. If you want a major change, it is possible in this phase
^{> Additional charges may apply for major changes, theme changes, or significant additions}

Final Approval

1. Final reviews
^{> I work without shader, I will send you pictures without shader, soft and heavy shader}
2. Preview Validation
^{> Once previews approved, I profide a mcdf you can use in Brio or similar to test it in game}
3. Last check
^{> Final adjustments only. Major changes are no longer possible at this stage.}
3. Approval
^{> Once you approved, it is considered definitive and no further revisions will be made}

Payment

1. Payment is required only after final approval
^{> But you can pay at any time}
2. Payment through Ko-fi (prefered)
^{> You can pay on Ko-Fi as donation, so there is no Ko-fi and Paypal fees}
3. Payment through Paypal (alternative)
^{> You can pay on Paypal as friend, so there is no Paypal fees}
4. Payment validation
^{> Once the commission paid, the final files will be delivered}

Final Delivery

Delivery is typically completed within 5 to 15 days, but may take longer
^{Files provided for exclusive commissions will be deleted from my computer after delivery.}
